Militants surrounded in Dagestan’s Sogratl

A group of militants was surrounded in Sogratl within the framework of the counter-terrorism operation regime in the Sogratlinsky District of Dagestan, RIA Novosti reports.

Two women and a two-month-old baby were released by the militants.
