Deputy head of administration of North Ossetia’s Chermen killed

Unidentified assailants opened fire and killed Idris Tarkoyev, 1953, deputy head of the administration of Chermen in North Ossetia, at the center of Nazran at about 11.00 am, RIA Novosti reports.

The assailants had a car with no plates. The police initiated the Perekhvat Plan.
