Memorial to dead rescuers unveiled in Dagestan

A memorial to dead rescuers was unveiled today in the Dagestani capital of Makhachkala.

The ceremony was attended by the head of the local office of the Ministry for Emergency Situations, Major General Nariman Kazimagamedov.
