Istanbul police patrols prepare for May 1

The Turkish police have dispatched additional patrols to the Istanbul Districts of Taksim and Sislim where workers have their annual protests, Hurriyet reports.

Istanbul Mayor Huseyin Avni Mutlu said that no protests were permitted.
