11 types of home-made food banned from Sochi Olympic Games

The Directorate of the Federal Service for Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare of the Krasnodar Territory has banned 11 types of home-made food from the Sochi Olympic and Paralympic Games of 2014, Izvestia reports.

This includes home-made beer, alcohol drinks, non-pasteurized milk products. The list of food banned was passed in 2001.

Violation of the food rules will be punished with hundreds of thousands of rubles.
