90th anniversary of the birth of Heydar Aliyev

May 10 marks the 90th anniversary of Heydar Aliyev's birth - an outstanding political figure of the USSR and Azerbaijan. On the eve of the anniversary a commemorative evening was held in Moscow, in the Hall of Columns.
