Akhmed Zakayev attends Berezovsky funeral

Akhmed Zakayev, the prime minister in exile of the Russian break-away republic of Ichkeria (Chechnya), attended Boris Berezovsky's funeral held in England today, Interfax cites a correspondent of the Guardian as saying on Twitter.

Akhmed Zakayev was a rebel general and a member of the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria's cabinet of ministers. Since 2002 Zakayev has been living in the United Kingdom. In 2007 he proclaimed himself the Prime Minister of Ichkeria.
