Most Russian property transferred from Qabala Radar

Azerbaijani Deputy Foreign Minister Khalaf Khalafov said that transfer of documents and practical closing of the Qabala Radar had almost been accomplished. Russia needs to remove only a few bits of equipment and soldiers left, Trend reports.
