Talibs to release four kidnapped Turks

The four Turkish engineers caught by the Talibs after a Mi-8 helicopter crash in Afghanistan on April 21 will be released soon, NTV reported yesterday.

Nothin is known about the fate of a Russian Pavel Petrenko, a Kyrgyz and an Afghani.
