Dagestani economic growth rate falls

Makhachkala hosted a meeting on Thursday of the Dagestani government under the chairmanship of the Dagestani president, RIA Dagestan reports. Magomedsalam Magomedov noted that the main concern is falling economic growth rate.

Deputy Premier Rizvan Gazimagomedov reported on the social-economic results. Most spheres show positive dynamics. The indicator of products and service production for January-June 2010 is 104.4%, agricultural products – 103.1%, investment into primary capital – 108.2%. But the economic situation is characterized with low rate of growth of the primary indicators. Ways to solve the problem were discussed at the meeting.
