Azerbaijan needs to modernize concrete production

Lyatif Zeynalov, head of the Main Expertise Directorate of the State Agency for Monitoring of Construction Safety of the Azerbaijani Ministry for Emergencies, said at the 3rd international conference on concrete construction in Baku today that the country needed to modernize concrete production.

The main problem is lack of skilled staff to study European, US and Japanese skills and documents to translate them.
