Heavy rain floods streets in Makhachkala

A few minutes of heavy rain have flooded many streets in Makhachkala (Dagestan capital). Severe weather will continue until May 19, RIA Dagestan reports.

The flood may damage power lines and bridges, break gas, water and oil pipelines, damage buildings.
