10 people killed by explosion in Turkey's Hatay

An explosion in a fuel oil warehouse in the southern Turkish province of Hatay has killed at least 10 people and injured nine more, the province's Governor Mehmet Celalettin Lekesiz is quoted as saying by Hürriyet Daily News.
The explosion occured today during a police operation in a building under construction, which was allegedly being used as a illegal fuel oil warehouse in the Tanışma village of Hatay’s Altınözü district, the news agency informs.
Anatolia News Agency reports that the warehouse's owner burned down the building, refusing to hand down the fuel oil.
