Explosion on beach in Makhachkala

A bomb has gone off on the city beach in Dagestan's Makhachkala. One woman received a leg injury and was hospitalized.

According to ITAR-TASS, citing local law-enforcers, the explosion happened at 06.30 Moscow time when the woman stepped on a plastic bag. The explosive device was not powerful and had no projectiles.
