Russian parliament commemorates victims of Makhachkala blast

Speaker of the lower chamber of the Russian parliament Sergey Naryshkin has initiated commemoration of victims of the Makhachkala blast with a minute of silence, RIA Novosti reports.

4 people died and 35 were injured in a blast in Makhachkala yesterday.
