Chechen leader grants apartments to poor families

Chechen Leader Ramzan Kadyrov has granted apartments to 14 poor families in Grozny.

Russian MP Adam Delimkhanov, head of the Chechen Administration Magomed Daudov and Grozny Mayor Islam Kadyrov attended the ceremony.

Islam Kadyrov said that 13 out of the 14 families had handicapped people. Some of them had many children.
