PACE president discusses Nagorno-Karabakh conflict with Azerbaijani leader

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and PACE President Jean-Claude Mignon, who had arrived in Azerbaijan yesterday, has described prospects of the Nagorno-Karabakh peace process today, Trend reports.

He noted that chairmanship of Azerbaijan and Armenia in the CE Council of Ministers in 2013 will be a good chance for peace talks with support of the CE.
