PACE president discusses Nagorno-Karabakh with Azerbaijani leader

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and PACE President Jean-Claude Mignon, who arrived in Azerbaijan yesterday, discussed the prospects of the Nagorno-Karabakh peace efforts today, Trend reports.

He noted that chairmanship of Azerbaijan and Armenia in the CE Council of Ministers in 2013 will be a good chance for peace talks with the support of the CE.
