Abkhazia starts issuing foreign passports

The Abkhazian authorities have started issuing Abkhazian foreign-travel passports. The first to get the passports will be graduates leaving Abkhazia to enter Russian institutes and people who have to leave due to their health, claimed Valeriya Malia, Chief of the Passport and Visa Service. The first 39 passports have already been issued.
