Moscow will not fine smokers yet

 

The Russian law on smoking comes into force on June 1, but with no fine system implemented, Rossiyskaya Gazeta cites Moscow Police Chief Anatoly Yakunin.

The police need to appoint officials to fill protocols. Yakunin expressed hope that amendments will be made in the Administrative Code in 2-3 weeks.
