Members of the 19 April and Free Zone non-governmental organizations have laid barbed wire around the house of Georgian State Minister for Reintegration Paata Zakareishvili as a response to Russian barbed wire running from Ditsi in the Gori District to Dvani in the Karelia District on the border of the Tskhinvali Region of Georgia.

A 19 April member Malkhaz Pirosmanashvili said that the government should have done more than just sending a protest note to Russia. They also accuse the state minister of being Russia’s FSB agent.
