Two children drown in river Argun, Chechnya
Read on the website Vestnik KavkazaTwo brothers, boys aged eight and six years old, drowned today in the river Argun (Chechnya), the official representative of the regional emergency department said.
"At 15:20 the emergency department received information that two children, born in 2005 and 2007, were carried away by the river Argun on the outskirts of the village of Atagi. The rescue team organized a search, the bodies of two children have been found, both died," RIA News quotes the source.
It has been reported that three children were swimming in the river when two of them were taken by the current, The remaining third child notified adults, who in turn called the emergency department.
