Turkish stock market drops by over 10%

The Turkish stock index dropped by 10.47% over the protests yesterday, Interfax reports.

The national currency dropped by 0.7%, income of state bonds increased by 71 points to 6.78%. Investors fear further protests.

The stock market dropped by 15% since the start of the protests. It dropped by 1.6%, compared with the level in early 2013.
