Bishkek-Osh road opens

Supporters of Kyrgyz MPs Kamchybek Tashiyev, Sadyr Japarov and Talant Mamytov have opened the Bishkek-Osh road after arrival of one of the protest organizers Meder Usenov, ITAR-TASS cites Jorobay Abdraimov, spokesman of the Kyrgyz Interior Ministry.

The road was blocked by about 200 protesters on Sunday. They demanded release of the MPs and Meder Usenov, a businessman from Jalal-Abad detained by the State Committee for National Security.

Usenov is a self-proclaimed governor of the region detained on June 2.
