Turkish PM returns from North Africa

Deputy head of the Justice and Development Party of Turkey Omer Celik said that Prime minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan will not be met by a big crowd of supporters upon his return from North Africa, ITAR-TASS reports.

Writer Orhan Pamuk, winner of the Nobel Prize, expressed support of the recent protests and criticized the harsh measures taken by the police.
