Russian ombudsman working on return of Todashev’s body

The ombudsman of the Russian Foreign Ministry is working on return of the body of Ibragimv Todashev from the US, RIA Novosti reports.

The US State Department has not reacted to requests of the Russian Embassy, despite Todashev’s Russian citizenship. His passport was returned.

Todashev was killed by the FBI in Florida. He is suspected of contacts with the Tsarnayev brothers who organized the Boston Marathon blast.
