Senior investigator killed in Makhachkala

Lieutenant-Colonel Unus Hulataev, senior investigator of the Dagestani police department, was killed last night in Makhachkala, ITAR-TASS reports.

Three unknown perpetrators broke into the officer's apartment at 01.20, tied up his wife and son, shot the investigator three times and escaped the scene of the crime. The crime weapon is assumed to be a handgun.
