Georgian farmers demand land sold illegally back

Farmers of Samtatskaro in the Dedoplistskaroy District of Georgia demand land sold illegally to be returned, Georgia Online reports.

They organized protests.

Olive Green purchased 180 hectares of land for 49 years in winter 2011. The company was given three days to return the land. The farmers threaten to cut the olive trees unless their demands are fulfilled.
