Ukraine wants to chair CIS in 2014

Sergey Lebedev, head of the CIS Executive Committee, said in Minsk today that Ukraine may switch its chairmanship in 2013 to 2014.

Ukraine could not be the CIS chair because it started chairing the OSCE this year.
