Grozny deputy mayor discusses extremism prevention among young people

Grozny Deputy Mayor Ramzan Magomedov has discussed prevention of extremist literature among young people, the Chechen government reports.

Pupils and students were in the risk zone and spent a lot of time in the Internet where they encounter online recruiters.

The anti-terrorism commission headed by Magomedov decided to develop a program to prevent such recruiting. Special information will be demonstrated on TV to warn the population. Prefectures will organize mass cultural and sports events.
