Armenia deploys Iskander-M systems

Iskander-M missile systems with a range of over 400km have been deployed in Armenia, Radio Svoboda reports.
7.3-meter missiles are capable of passing any existent anti-missile systems.
Russia and Armenia signed an agreement in August 2010 to send military equipment and vehicles to Armenia. Russia will realize the five-year plan for modernization of the Armenian Army passed in late 2010 by Sargsyan. Armenia focuses on high-accuracy and long-range weapons.
