Leiden film festival awards Iranian documentary

Iranian film director Kayvan Karimi’s short documentary The Broken Border has won a special prize at the 5th Leiden International Short Film Experience (LIsFE) festival, Press TV reports.

The Broken Border features fuel smuggling from Iran to Iraq and has already been screened at various film festivals in Iran, Bulgaria, Greece, Uruguay, Germany, Hungary, Czech Republic, Spain, New Zealand and Italy.
