Tbilisi City Court to study evidence against ex-mayor

The Tbilisi City Court will study the evidence presented by prosecutors against Tbilisi ex-Mayor Gigi Ugulava today, Georgia Online reports.

The case includes up to 500 witnesses, 400 of which are on the side of the ex-mayor, his lawyer Gogita Gabaidze said.

Ugulava attends hearings at the court. He is accused of acquiring the Imedi TV Company and secret financing of the United National Movement using non-budget funds.
