Social facilities in Chechnya to be build in framework of South Russia programme

The construction of social facilties launched in Chechnya will be finished in the framework of the South Russia federal programme by 2020, first deputy prime minister of the republic Isa Tumkhadzhiyev told Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov.

"The construction of some social facilities such as hospitals has been launched, but there are no funds in the republic's budget to finish these projects. These funds should be raised somehow," the press service cites Kadyrov as saying.
