Russian ambassador to Armenia refuses to comment on Russian-Azerbaijani arms deal

The newly-appointed Russian ambassador to Armenia, Ivan Volinkin, says he is not ready to comment on reports concerning a Russian-Azerbaijani arms deal, News.am reports.

The ambassador refused to discuss the issue with the news agency. He said, however, that he would make an official statement later.
