SOCAR to receive loan of $58 million

The Black Sea Trade and Development Bank will grant the State Oil Company of the Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR) $58 million for 18 years to complete the Star refinery project, Trend cites President of the bank Andrey Kondakov.

It will be the banks largest loan to be granted. Loans are usually granted for 10 years, he notes.
