2.5 million Turks took part in disorders

The police say that about 2.5 million people took part in the disorders over the Gezi Park of Istanbul in 79 provinces of Turkey in over 3 weeks, Trend reports.

About 4,000 people were injured and 4,900 detained. Bingel and Bayburt are the only provinces that registered no protests.
