Armenian-Russian Center for Humanitarian Reaction to open in Armenia

Secretaries of the Armenian and Russian Security Councils Artur Bagdasaryanand Nikolai Patrushev decided to open the Armenian-Russian Center for Humanitarian Reaction at a meeting in Yerevan, News Armenia reports.

The center will become part of regional infrastructure to prevent emergency situations. It will be headquartered at the Getargel Community in the Kotai Region of Armenia and will cooperate with the CSTO.

Victor Galitsin, deputy director of the department for international cooperation of the Russian Ministry for Emergencies, had talks with Sergey Azaryan,director of the Rescue Service of the Armenian Interior Ministry.
