Abdullayev reappointed as Chairman of Azerbaijani Constitutional Court

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has re-appointed Farhad Sahib ogly Abdullayev as the Chairman of the Constitutional Court, Trend reports.

Abdullayev was born in Baku in 1958. He graduated at the Law Faculty of the MSU named after M.V. Lomonosov in 1980. He became a judge of the Supreme Court of Azerbaijan in 1990-2000. He became Deputy Chairman of the Court of Appeal in September 2000. He became Chairman of the Constitutional Court in 2003.
