Turkish president congratulates Iranian counterpart on winning elections

Turkish President Abdullah Gul has congratulated his Iranian counterpart Hassan Rouhani on winning the presidential elections on June 14, Trend reports.

He expressed hope that the new administration of Iran would succeed and urged for intensifying bilateral relations to enforce security in the region.

Rouhani had a meeting with Lebanese Minister of Foreign Affairs and Migration Adnan Mansur yesterday.
