Washington to host Azerbaijani Cultural Festival

Washington to host the Azerbaijani Cultural Festival in 2014. Prof. Paul Taylor, director of the Asian Cultural Programme and the ethnological section for Asia, Europe and Middle East of the Smithsonian Institution, is on a visit to Baku to prepare the Nizami Ganjavi International Center and the Smithsonian Institution for the festival, Trend reports.

The festival includes exhibitions, lectures, presentations promoting Azerbaijani culture and opening of the Nizami Ganjavi International Center in Washington.

The Azerbaijani State Committee for Diaspora supports the projects.
