Minister of Education of Karachay-Cherkessia fired

The President of Karachay-Cherkessia dismissed his acting Minister of Education and Science, due to infringement of the Unified State Examination procedures, reports Interfax. The number of high grades in Karachay-Cherkessia this year very much exceeds the Russia-wide average grade rate. Several persons in positions of authority were also disciplined. The State Certification Commission is required to analyse all the rounds of the examination procedure and deliver a plan of preventative measures by August 15.
