Meningitis registered in Sochi

Meningitis was registered at the Adler District of Sochi, Interfax reports.

Over 30 people were hospitalized in the First Infection Hospital in Moscow with serous meningitis, Chief Doctor of the hospital Nikolai Malushev said.

10 children were hospitalized in Moscow, 7 of them had meningitis. About 50 people in Yelets (Lipetsk Region) were hospitalized with symptoms of meningitis.

Over 50 children have been hospitalized with meningitis in Rostov-on-Don since early June. 5 children from the Voronezh Region were hospitalized.
