By autumn Abdulatipov's team will change for 50%

The chairman of the State Duma Committee on Nationalities’ Affairs, Hadjimet Safaraliyev, told Vestnik Kavkaza about his view on his attitude to recent developments of the Russian life, including his native Dagestan. Safaraliyev believes that complete economic recovery of Dagestan should take 10-15 years.
