Kazakhstan to decide sales of ConocoPhillips share at Kashagan Field

Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev said that a decision for sales of ConocoPhillips’ share of the Kashagan Field will be made in the near future, Akorda reports.

$48 billion have been invested in the Kashagan Field. Developments there have been ongoing for 13 years. The field has 4.8 billion tons of oil for extraction.
