100 kilograms of explosives found in Baksan

100 kilograms of explosives have been found by police in the  city of Baksan in the Russian North Caucasus republic of Kabardino-Balkaria. The explosives were stored in a garage.

According to an anonymous police source, the explosives belonged to the members of the illegal armed gang responsible for the recent terrorist attack on Baksan's hydroelectric power plant.
