Russia to ban 400,000 foreigners

The Russian Federal Migration Service will ban 400,000 foreigners who violated migration laws by the end of the year, Interfax cites head of the federal service Constantine Romodanovsky.

About 110,000 foreigners have been banned for three years already. 40% of them come from Uzbekistan.
