Police officer detained for cuffing 14-year-old in Stavropol Territory

A traffic police officer was detained for cuffing a 14-year-old girl in the Stavropol Territory on June 28, Interfax reports.

Police officers approached children on swings at about 8.00 pm and started pushing the swings. The girl started feeling bad, tried to leave the playground and insulted the officers. One of them took her hand and she fell. She refused to apologize and was cuffed.
