Ingushetia and Stavropol Territory boast best security of North Caucasus

Stavropol Territory and Ingushetia are the most secure regions of the North Caucasus, followed by Karachay-Cherkessia and North Ossetia, Chechnya, Kabardino-Balkaria, Dagestan, Ekho Kavkaza cites the Russian Foundation for Studies of Electoral Processes.

The Stavropol Territory had only one terrorist attack the past month: a blast organized against director of one of agricultural facilities in the Neftekumsky District. Ingushetia had one murder: two unidentified assailants shot a local in Magas on June 13.
