Russian Academy of Science reform: academics revolt

Alexei Khokhlov, academician of RAS, chairman of the Council on Science under the Ministry of Education and Science, comments on the joint statement by the Council on Science under the Ministry of Education and Science on the situation over the reform of Russian state academies of science. The academic explained the position of the scientific society on the reform of the RAS, which was suggested by the minister of education Dmitry Livanov.
